Students undertaking research-based courses in the lab work on a variety of projects, including "Big-Data" analysis of global music consumption, music-perception studies, and eye-tracking and Parkinson's research. The lab welcomes applications from students in any Faculty, a policy which we believe helps to foster a creative and interdisciplinary research environment. Whether looking to engage in undergraduate or graduate research, if you believe you would be a good candidate for the lab's team, and love music, please contact the lab's director via email, including an up-to-date academic transcript and CV.

Note: PNB students interested in undergraduate theses or enrolling in PNB 3QQ3/4QQ3 must use the PNB “ballot system.”  However, it is generally a good idea to discuss potential projects with us prior to submitting your ballot applications.
